Anytron ANY-002 offers on-demand label printing for small and medium-sized businesses. It's a solution for those who want a reliable solution for printing and die-cutting labels. It consists of a label printer equipped with a reel unwinder (combinable with a rewinder), a software that supports various label printing functions and a knife die-cutter capable of die-cutting the labels.

The printer uses toner-based digital laser printing technology capable of producing prints resistant to water, temperatures and abrasions. Using high-capacity toners and drums, high-resolution roll or sheet labels can be produced at reasonable prices.

With a maximum print speed of 9m per minute, a production of 5000 labels can be achieved in 2 hours. In addition, you can print up to 200m at a time and, without the need for another setup, relaunch the printing immediately.

Any-002 uses proprietary software, processing jobs in a convenient and fast way that was not possible before with analog machines. The unique information that is inserted on the labels, such as QR codes, bar codes, progressive numbers, can be printed immediately.

Multiple printing functions

It supports printing with the black mark sensor or label jump.

The maximum diameter of the reel in the unwinder is 370mm. This allows a length of up to 500 m of autonomy without changing the reel.

In the world of analog printing, there is a big problem of wasting material. Any-002 can save material by cutting it shortly after the end of printing. (The average waste with Anycomm software is less than 10 cm).
