AB2500 is a system that cuts, grooves, creases, engraves and trims in a single compact solution. It has been designed with the aim of satisfying the demand for personalized packaging of small and medium runs with different shapes. It allows you to produce boxes of any type and model you want, requiring about 1-3 seconds to change the format.
THE EQUIPMENT OF AB2500
AB2500 is equipped with an AUTOMATIC feeder that supports 20 to 50 sheets of cardboard that, thanks to the robustness of its components, gives great reliability, reducing maintenance to a minimum. It also allows for great accuracy of the results obtained through its always precise and constant acceleration (even at high speeds). And finally, it allows you to minimize jams, this because the feeder is equipped with suction and thanks to the vacuum that is created, even the most deformed sheets pass easily through the machine.
THE GROOVING AND ENGRAVING SYSTEM that AB2500 is equipped with, uses for its two 500 mm blades integrated symmetrically into a single radius, made of a special steel from Japan that (SKD11) that makes them more resistant. In addition, it ensures precise and clean cardboard edges after cutting, ensuring an unparalleled quality of work.
