La normativa cambia, la ricetta si aggiorna, il lotto va stampato oggi: ogni modifica di ingredienti o valori nutrizionali rende obsolete le etichette a magazzino. Un produttore di uova che confeziona 3-4 milioni di pezzi l'anno stampa internamente una grafica diversa per ogni combinazione di formato e peso, e dopo la prima macchina ne ha installata una seconda.
Annate, cuvée, cotte limitate: ogni referenza è un'etichetta a sé, spesso in poche centinaia di pezzi. Chi stampa in casa numera le bottiglie di un'edizione speciale senza minimi d'ordine e cambia annata in giornata, non in tre settimane.
INCI lunghissimi in corpo minuscolo, PAO, lotto, e un'estetica che deve reggere lo scaffale premium. Si stampa su film trasparente per l'effetto no-label look, si aggiorna la formulazione senza mandare al macero le scorte, si gestiscono campioni e mini-taglie che nessun fornitore accetta sotto i minimi.
Etichette GHS con pittogrammi a norma, resistenti a solventi, sfregamento e ambienti ostili. Le diciture di sicurezza cambiano con la classificazione, e stamparle internamente significa aggiornarle senza aspettare il fornitore.
Numerazione progressiva, QR, codici lotto e scadenza diversi su ogni pezzo. Il dato variabile si stampa nello stesso passaggio della grafica: nessuna seconda lavorazione, nessuna etichetta neutra da sovrastampare.
